陆应平，男，汉族，年9月生，枞阳人，省委党校研究生学历，中共党员，现任桐城市委副书记、市政府市长，拟任大观区委书记；

徐雄，男，汉族，年10月生，池州人，省委研究生学历，工学学士，中共党员，现任安庆市国土资源局党组书记、局长，市土地收储中心党组书记，拟任桐城市委副书记并提名为桐城市政府市长人选。
